Women’s Self Defense Class

The Bridgewater Police Department is please to announce its Introduction to Women’s Self Defense class.

Bridgewater Senior Center, 10 Wally Krueger Way, Bridgewater, MA

WHAT

The Bridgewater Police Department is please to announce its Introduction to Women’s Self Defense class. This is a 2-week program offered to women ages 15 and older. Learn the best techniques to protect yourself through demonstrations and interactions between students and instructor.

The class is $25 per person. Click here to register for either class.

Proceeds will benefit EasterSealsMA/The Bridge Center.

This class is organized by the Precision Tang Soo Do and the Bridgewater Police Department.
